Rovatti extend the consolidated range of electric submersible pupms with channels impeller (RH65M, RH80M, RH100M and RH150B) with the new vortex impeller range RH65V and RH80V.

1,1 kW up to 22 kW, 2, 4 or 6 poles motors, allow a performance range up to 500 m³/h (140 l/s) capacity and 48 m maximum head.

These pumps have been engineered for efficient and reliable pumping of sewage from residential, municipal and industrial areas, with 80 mm diameter solids.

Construction
Robust and high performances three-phase induction motor for submersible applications. Stator windings can be equipped with thermal protection.

Two mechanical seals with intermediate oil chamber assure shaft sealing and motor protection. Oil chamber can be equipped with seal monitoring probe. Special construction design for pump side mechanical seal cleaning and wear protection.

Dynamically balanced rotors, deflection-proof shaft and long-life self-lubricating ball-bearings, guarantee safe and silent operation.

The vertical mounting design allows easier inspection, cleaning and maintenance. The pump body can be detached without removing impeller from the motor unit.
